Allied Tools specializes in deep drawing to form parts for a variety of industries, including petro-chemical and aviation. We fabricate low volume runs, from individual parts up to 1,500 parts using inexpensive tooling. We accommodate a blank size up to 25 inches, with a 26 gauge thickness to 1/2 inch thick on the deep draw.

The Deep Drawing Process
The selected material is first cut into blanks. Our engineers then prepare each blank, depending on the type of metal / alloy to ensure the integrity of the material, which will prevent cracks or tears during the deep draw process.
The blanks are restrained in our state-of-the-art deep draw machines and the deep draw part is formed as the blank is drawn around the punch as it is pulled through the die. This process is repeated with multiple draws, reducing the diameter and increasing the height until the finished product meets or exceeds client specifications.
